    Full Private Buyout: Exclusive use of all of Vicia — the main dining room, covered patio, indoor bar, and garden terrace (weather permitting).
    Capacity: 42–76 seated | up to 120 cocktail-style

    Private Patio Buyout: Our covered patio is surrounded by our edible garden. This open-air space has fans, heaters, and removable walls to ensure guest comfort.
    Capacity: 22–40 seated | up to 70 cocktail-style

    Garden Terrace: Partially shaded fully outdoor space. 12-40 seated | weather dependent

    Standard bookings are for 5 hours total; 4 for your event and up to 1 hour for set up/take down.

    Bistro La Floraison

    Bistro La Floraison will be closing our doors May 30, 2026. The Bistro has been a truly special space and this is disappointing for all of us at Take Root Hospitality.

    We sincerely appreciate your interest in hosting an event with Bistro La Floraison. While we will no longer be hosting events at the Bistro, we are available for events at our sister restaurants!

    This summer Vicia will be offering expanded event options for daytime events including plated lunch and buffet brunch options.

    Winslow's Table will be offering new private dining dinner options in addition to daytime experiences in The Cellar.

    Winslow’s Table

    The Cellar at Winslow’s Table offers a cozy. Ideal for brunch, this relaxed space features buffet-style menus and simple, seasonal fare.

    Capacity: 12–32 seated | 40 cocktail-style

    Availability: Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM

    The Cellar Fully private space, accessible by stairs only.. TV available for rental for presentations, photo slideshows, or other display needs.

    Brunch & Lunch events hosted 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

    Happy Hour & Dinner events available after 4:00 PM.

    Standard Bookings are for 4 hours total; 3 hours for your event and up to 1 hour for set up/take down.

Enjoy the Winslow’s food you love, wherever you need it. Order our brunch favorites for a crowd. Make office lunches, committee meetings and more easy & delicious with our Grab & Go Lunch for a Crowd.

Carryout catering available for any order size, delivery available for orders $300 or more.

New! Catering deliveries of $500 or more include our White Glove Service: on-site setup by a member of our team. For a ready-to-serve presentation that's effortless!

Your Event questions answered

  • If you have anyone with dietary restrictions please let us know early in the process so we can guide you to the right selections.

    Guests with severe restrictions may not receive the same variety of dishes or options as the entire party.

    • In-house printed menus & bar signage

    • Room, table, and seating set up prior to arrival

    • Cocktail Bars & Beverage Service (limited at Winslow’s)

    • Dedicated servers

    • Vendor coordination before and/or during the event

    • Full-time Event Team available for planning and communication

  • Vicia is fully wheelchair accessible.

    Bistro La Floraison is wheelchair accessible.

    Winslow’s Table Cellar is stairs-only.

    Please share any accessibility needs so we can guide you to the best space for your event needs.

  • You may bring in your own decorations for events. We prohibit the use of confetti, glitter, or candles that aren’t on or in a container.

    Outside food and drink is permitted on a case by case basis and will incur a fee.

    • Outside vendors are welcome. Coordination through our Director of Events is required.

    • While we do not have required vendors, we are happy to make recommendations.

    • TV rentals are available for a fee at Winslow’s Table and Bistro La Floraison.

  • We will respond to most inquiries within 3 business days. During our busiest seasons (April-May, Oct-Dec) our response time may be delayed.

    • All private bookings require a signed contract and a 25% deposit to confirm.

    • Deposits are refundable under some circumstances

    • Our Director of Events will put together a custom proposal for each event

    • All events are subject to 20% gratuity, rental and admin fees, and applicable taxes.

    • Other fees may apply depending on your event needs.

  • Pricing depends on a lot of factors. Questions about pricing can be provided after you send us an inquiry that includes your:

    • date & time

    • estimated guest count

    • event needs (bar? sit-down dinner?)

    • primary event purpose
