    Host your next celebration at Vicia, where farm-driven cuisine meets modern design. Our award-winning team crafts seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy an intimate dinner or a full restaurant buyout featuring our garden patio, indoor bar, and open kitchen.

    Perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and corporate gatherings.

    Venue Spaces, Capacities & Availability

    Availability Tuesday–Saturday, 5:30–11:00 PM. Happy Hour bookings offered 4:30-6:30pm Tuesday-Thursday.

    Full Private Buyout: Enjoy exclusive use of all of Vicia — including the main dining room, covered patio, indoor bar, and garden terrace. Ideal for weddings, receptions, or large celebrations.

    Capacity: 42–76 seated | up to 100 cocktail-style

    Private Patio Buyout: Dine on our covered patio among our edible garden in a beautiful and climate-friendly setting. Available almost year round, it ranges from semi-enclosed to fully enclosed with fans, heaters, and removable walls dependent on weather. Perfect for seated dinners or cocktail receptions.

    Capacity: 20–40 seated | up to 60 cocktail-style

    Gardenside Pavilion: Our seasonal, shaded pavilion offers a lush backdrop for wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours.

    Only available as an add-on space.

    Standard bookings are for 5 hours total; 4 for your event and up to 1 hour for set up/take down.

    Bistro La Floraison

    Experience European-inspired elegance at Bistro La Floraison in Clayton. Enjoy a three-course French dinner, curated wines, and cocktails in one of our charming private spaces , or extend outdoors to our seasonal patio.

    A perfect setting for bridal showers, birthdays, or intimate receptions.

    Venue Spaces, Capacities & Availability

    Capacity: Up to 36 seated | 50 cocktail-style

    Availability: Tuesday-Saturday.Dinner and cocktail events: 5–10 PM | Brunch: 10:30 AM–2 PM | Happy Hour: 4–6 PM (Tuesday-Thursday only)

    Private Dining Room seating for 14–22 guests—up to 30 for a cocktail reception. Sit at one long table for intimate dinners, or split up into 3 tables for focused conversations.

    Full Private Buyout Enjoy the Bistro all for yourself. More intimate groups up to 22 are able to host cocktail hour in our Pink Room and sit for dinner in the Green Room.

    Buffet Brunch Buyout the Bistro has a different feel in the daytime, and is available for private brunch events -perfect for showers. All daytime events are Full Private Buyouts.

    Our terraced patio is available seasonally as an add-on space. Happy Hour bookings also available

    Winslow’s Table

    Tucked beneath the restaurant in University City, The Cellar at Winslow’s Table offers a cozy, character-filled setting for private events. Ideal for brunches, cocktail parties, and team dinners, this relaxed space features buffet-style menus and simple, seasonal fare.

    Perfect for gatherings that feel personal and effortless.

    Capacity: 12–32 seated | 40 cocktail-style

    Availability: Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sunday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

    The Cellar Buffet-style dining, bar service, and flexible table layouts make it easy to personalize your gathering. Choose from two long tables or up to five smaller setups. The Cellar offers comfort and simplicity for any celebration.

    Brunch & Lunch events hosted 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. Happy Hour & Dinner events available after 4:00 PM.

    Standard Bookings are for 4 hours total; 3 hours for your event and up to 1 hour for set up/take down.

    Please note this space is only accessible via stairs.

Winslow’s Table Catering

Enjoy the Winslow’s food you love, wherever you need it. From brunch gatherings to office lunches, our catering menu offers breakfast spreads, lunch buffets, and boxed meals for groups up to 40 — complete with our Signature Sweets.

Carryout catering and drop-off delivery both available.

Your Event questions answered

  • If you have anyone with dietary restrictions please let us know early in the process so we can guide you to the right selections.

    Guests with severe restrictions may not receive the same variety of dishes or options as the entire party.

    • In-house printed menus & bar signage

    • Room, table, and seating set up prior to arrival

    • Cocktail Bars & Beverage Service (limited at Winslow’s)

    • Dedicated servers

    • Vendor coordination before and/or during the event

    • Full-time Event Team available by email, phone, and in-person.

  • Vicia is fully wheelchair accessible.

    Bistro La Floraison is wheelchair accessible.

    Winslow’s Table Cellar is stairs-only.

    Please share any accessibility needs so we can guide you to the best space for your event needs.

  • You may bring in your own decorations for events. We prohibit the use of confetti, glitter, or candles that aren’t on or in a container.

    Outside food and drink is permitted but will incur a fee.

    • Outside vendors are welcome. Coordination through our Director of Events is required.

    • While we do not have required vendors, we are happy to make recommendations.

    • TV rentals are available for a fee at Winslow’s Table and Bistro La Floraison.

  • We will respond to most inquiries within 3 business days. During our busiest seasons (April-May, Oct-Dec) our response time may be delayed.

    • All private bookings require a signed contract and a 25% deposit to confirm.

    • Deposits are refundable under some circumstances

    • Our Director of Events will put together a custom proposal for each event

    • All events are subject to 20% gratuity, rental and admin fees, and applicable taxes.

    • Other fees may apply depending on your event needs.

  • Pricing depends on a lot of factors. Questions about pricing can be provided after you send us an inquiry that includes your:

    • date & time

    • estimated guest count

    • event needs (bar? sit-down dinner?)
