About The Group

Born from intimate pop-up dinners a decade ago by Michael and Tara Gallina, Take Root Hospitality has grown into three distinct restaurants in St. Louis. Our philosophy is simple: food tastes best when it’s fresh, seasonal, and made with care. Each concept offers a unique way to experience our passion for hospitality.
